Please review the estimated ship date before placing your order. Preorder items are custom made according to the timeline listed on the product page.

The shipping timelines displayed at checkout refer to carrier transit times after shipment and do not represent the preorder production timeline.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
