SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Many items in our shop are PREORDER items. Preorder items are custom made and are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.

The estimated ship date for each preorder collection is clearly listed in the product title, product description, and/or product images. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated preorder ship date.

PREORDER ITEMS

Preorder items will ship on or before the date listed on the product page. Production times vary by collection and season.

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise arranged.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping transit times shown at checkout reflect carrier delivery estimates after an order has shipped and do not include preorder production time.
